Hello, I’m Cory, a software engineer based in Austin. I have rich experience in software design and development. I've led teams of developers in creating robust, high performance software solutions. I'm also a highly effective individual contributor.
I am a full-stack developer who is most at home building robust and highly available server-side software. I have extensive experience working with both SQL and unstructured data sets. I love to implement graph APIs and graph databases.
I have designed platforms for major companies such as NFL, Intel, Safeway, Western Union, Dow Chemical, and Kaiser Permanente. My architecture experience is focused mainly on web customer experience and content management.
I am as comfortable leading teams of developers as I am contributing individually. I've successfully managed large projects, with millions of dollars of scope. I've also been the CTO of a tech startup, leading a small but highly skilled team.
